Accounts and eligibility

• Provide a valid email and protect your password, platform keys and recovery information.
• You are responsible for web chat, file uploads and API calls made through your account.
• Do not sell, share or transfer access to your account.

AI services

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Independently verify medical, legal, financial, safety and other important information.

BAIDATO provides intelligent model calling and content generation tools. The platform may adjust underlying model providers based on stability, cost, compliance and availability while aiming to preserve user experience and feature continuity.

Credits and plans

• Credits are an internal service measurement unit, not cash, currency or transferable property.
• Monthly credits reset after renewal and do not roll over. Top-up credits expire as shown at purchase.
• Credits are charged for actual input, cached input, output and related processing costs.
• Requests may be refused when balance is insufficient, limits are reached or a security risk is detected.

Prohibited conduct

• Breaking the law, infringing rights, distributing malware or bypassing security controls.
• Automated registration, bulk abuse, account resale, key sharing or attacks on infrastructure.
• Attempting to obtain other users' data, underlying service keys or unauthorized system access.
• Using the platform to generate or distribute illegal, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise improper content.

Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend or terminate service for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, security risk or violation of these terms. Urgent security action may take effect immediately.

The platform may restrict, review or suspend abnormal requests, abusive behavior and high-risk content.

Changes and liability

Models, features, pricing and limits may change with cost, provider or product requirements. The service is provided as available; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, data loss or business interruption.
