Expiry
Monthly credits do not roll over; top-up credits expire according to the purchased pack.

Billing rules

Monthly credits reset after a successful renewal and do not roll over. Cancellation takes effect after the current period.

A warning appears below 20% balance and the top-up prompt remains visible below 10%.

The maximum estimated cost is reserved before a request and unused credits are returned after settlement.
