Billing and usage details

Do monthly credits roll over?

No. Monthly credits reset after a successful PayPal renewal. After cancellation, the plan remains usable through the current period.

How long do top-up credits last?

Top-ups are one-time purchases and remain valid for 90 days after delivery.

How are credits deducted?

Credits are based on actual input, cached input and output tokens. The balance expiring soonest is used first.

Which document types are supported?

PDF, TXT and DOCX are supported, up to 10 MB per file and five files per conversation.

How are platform keys protected?

A complete platform key is shown only once and only its hash is stored. The OpenAI API key is never sent to the browser.

What happens when credits run out?

Chat and API requests stop when the balance cannot cover the reservation, and a top-up option is shown.
